Terms of Service

You may use Storyly to create original short-form stories and videos for lawful personal or commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and applicable law.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Stories, narration, images and videos are produced automatically by AI systems. Output may be similar to content generated for other users and may not be unique.

You keep ownership of the ideas and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content to provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI and media processing providers.

• Creating illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent content involving minors, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Impersonating real people in a deceptive or harmful way, or creating misleading deepfakes.
• Attempting to bypass credits, usage limits, payments or security measures.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or overloading the service, or reselling access without permission.

Storyly offers a free plan and paid monthly plans as shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled.

Each plan includes a monthly number of video generations (credits). One complete video generation uses one credit. If a generation fails, the reserved credit is restored. Unused credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over or have cash value.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your plan at the price shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.

You can cancel at any time via Manage Subscription in Settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We aim to keep Storyly available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and generation may be delayed or unavailable due to maintenance or third-party provider outages.

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for ensuring your use complies with platform rules and applicable law.

The Storyly service, software, branding and design belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and the rules of our providers, you may use the content generated for you, including for commercial purposes.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
